A day in the life of Ray

Hi, my name is Ray, or Raymond when I am in trouble, which is a lot of the time. I am a handsome Jack Russell Bassett hound named after singer/songwriter Ray LaMontagne, a bearded fellow my mom has been in love with for years. Her dream is for me to meet my namesake. I am an active two year old and will celebrate my next birthday on October 1o.

My hobbies include magic (I can turn a beige rug pink and escape out of screened porches). I also like to go for long walks and have play dates with my friends. I love to cuddle and if you are sitting down that’s an inviation for me to jump into your lap. When not eating Kibble, I will pretend that my mommy doesn’t feed me and devour library books. I leave chew toys in shreds in a matter of minutes. I will vacate moving vehicles at the sight of any neighborhood cats. I live for naps, treats and trips to the dog park.
